We use the information to quickly expedite and process your transactions promptly, to notify you about upcoming sales, promotions, polls, new web features, or even to let you know about important changes to our Web site. Your information may be used to inform you about NSSG, National Shear Sharpening Guild, an event we sponsor and control. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, we simply keep your information for our own use to better serve you. However, at anytime you can opt out of receiving notification emails by simply emailing our customer service department and we will be happy to comply with removing you. Also, at any time you are able to log-in to your user account and erase any information you are not comfortable leaving on record, as it is an option we keep out of convenience for the customer.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
What kind of warranty do we offer?
At J. A. Fleuridas Company we stand by our products and assure 100% satisfaction and offer a life time warranty that warrants your merchandise to be free of all manufacturer defects in material and craftmanship. All merchandise is shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless you choose to rush ship your order. Depending on when we receive your order it will be shipped out on the closest shipping day your order was received on. Any orders received after 4pm EST on any Thursday will be shipped out the Tuesday of the following week . Complete satisfaction with your order and service is guaranteed. Please note that our warranty does NOT cover any damages caused by normal usage and accidents.
What type return policy do we have?
We accepts returns of products for credit and exchanges up to 30 days after you have received your product. If you decide you are unhappy with your merchandise, in the first 14 days from the day you received your products well issue you your money back ONLY in the first 14 days and the merchandise must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Anytime in the first 30 days we will gladly exchange your products or give you a credit which has no expiration date. All returns must be authorized through our customer service department for tracking purposes. After 30 days all returns will be on the sole discretion of the owner from situation to situation. However, we will NOT accept any returns after 90 days, if we have not been contacted at any time within the first 90 days we will not give credit, or exchange. No exceptions.
