Trade & Return Policy
Payment types accepted:
COD.VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS

Service Charges and Collections:
There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks and a 1.5% times monthly service charges for all past due accounts.
Any accounts placed in for collection will be charged 1.5% times the invoice amount, and you will not receive any past due orders until your account is completely satisfied.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% compound intrest rate per year for all late accounts.
Guarantee Policy:
Scissors are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing or matrial deffects for as long as the original purchaser own them.Scissors that have been sold and used, and then are found to have a manufacturer defect are to be returned to our service department by the consumer
At our option we will either repaired or replaced.
Important note:
We will not take back any items that were purchashed 40 days or after for either a credit, refund, or exchange.
A customers defective or damaged scissors are not to be replaced by the dealer with a new pair of scissors. A dealer may providethe service to their customer of picking up the scissors, and returning them to us. However, it is better for the dealer to request the hairdresser return the scissors directly to us. This takes the responsibility off of your hands, please be assured that we will take care of and be fair to your customer.
scissors are not guaranteed against damage due to dropping, nicking, or dulling the blade from normal use!
For your customers convenience and satisfaction, we maintain a qualified scissor sharpening and repair for you services.
Return Policy:

For any returns before the 40 day period will be as follows.
All returns must be authorized in advance
Only new, unused merchandise in re-sellable condition with a refund or credit
We reserve the right to charge 10% or actual cost of the actual cost of restocking merchandise returned soiled or damaged after the 45 day return period.
Returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured in full.
Privacy Policy: We do not share your information, or sell it to anyone. The only information used will be what is necessary to process an order. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
